A man in Tuscola County has been charged with having sex with a minor.
The Tuscola County sheriff says Todd Geisenhaver of Millington was arraigned on 17 counts of criminal sexual conduct.
The victim was between 12 and 15 when the crimes allegedly happened.
According to police, the abuse dates back to November 2009 and more recently in December 2012 in Vassar.
Geisenhaver is currently lodged in the Tuscola County jail and could spend the rest of his life behind bars if convicted of the most serious charge of first degree criminal sexual conduct.
A preliminary exam for Geisenhaver is set for Jan. 14 at 8:30 a.m.
