‘Tini Bikini' drops lawsuit against township
One local community has won its fight against an adult businesses. The development comes after "Tini Bikini" dropped its lawsuit against Saginaw Township.
The company was hoping to move into the old RJ's Grill on Bay Road.
But according to township rules, adult businesses have to be more than 1,000 feet from schools, neighborhoods, and churches.
And RJ's Grill, which currently occupy's that location, does fulfill that requirement.
