Saginaw police are investigating a suspicious death.
The incident happened around 3 a.m. Tuesday morning off Roberts Street near Genesee Avenue on Saginaw's east side.
According to Saginaw County 911, officers responded to the scene because of reports of a fight in the area. It is possible that shots were fired at the location. When officers arrived, they found a 52-year-old man down in the front yard of 3402 Roberts. MMR transported the man to a local hospital where he was pronounced soon after arrival.
No other details have been released. Police said their investigation is ongoing and the man's name is being withheld until his family has been notified.
