Saginaw man heads to trial in double shooting
A man is headed to trial in a double shooting in Saginaw.
Saginaw Police believe Eric Spearman is responsible for shooting two people inside a car in early August.
He faces assault with intent to murder and felony firearm charges.
He was captured at the end of last month.
The Saginaw News reports he was bound over for trial Friday.
If he's found guilty, he could spend the rest of his life behind bars.
