Radio DJs camp out until 1,500 toys are collected for kids

Josh and Shawn from Last Choice Country are camping out in an effort to give kids a better Christmas. The DJs moved in to a trailer Friday and they won't leave until they have 1,500 toys.

Josh Sharrow said they have collected about 1,000 toys as of Monday morning. He will be out all day and said the donation drive is going much better than he expected.

The collection site is in front of Millar's Appliance at North Euclid Avenue.

All of the toys will go to local families. Toys will be distributed to the Bay Area Women's Center, Good Samaritan Rescue Mission, Yellow Ribbon Guard and Do-All Inc.

If you can't make it to Josh and Shawn, call the hotline at 989-545-1816 and someone will pick up your donation.
