Popular Bay City eatery to close its doors

Popular Bay City restaurant Rudy J's Red Lion Diner is shutting its doors after nearly 20 years in business.

MLive.com is reporting that the popular eatery will close up shop on March 3.

The restaurant has been at the downtown location since 2010 after moving from the previous location at the Three Palms Hotel. The restaurant was also located on Broadway Avenue in the south end of Bay City.
