Police search for 20-year-old from Harrison

Clare County Sheriff Department is investigating a missing person case.


Police said Ruthann Susan Kramer, 20, from Harrison walked away from her Hatton Township residence at 9 p.m. Monday.


The family told police Kramer has a mental disability.


Police described Kramer between 4'5" to 4'8", weighing 115 to 120 pounds, hazel eyes with pink hair.


She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black-and-white checkered coat, hiking boots and a camouflage bandana around her head.


Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Clare County Sheriff Department.
