State Police arrested a 68-year-old Lexington man early Monday morning and he is being charged with two counts of Felonious Assault.
The man was allegedly intoxicated and officers said he appeared to be suicidal when they arrived at his residence. Police said he was also threatening his neighbor.
The suspect allegedly pulled a gun on his wife and granddaughter during the incident. His wife and granddaughter apparently left the scene for fear of their safety.
The man surrendered to police without incident. He is currently in the Sanilac County Jail.
He is expected to be arraigned Monday.
