The city of Midland has made the top 100 list of the safest cities in the United States.
Midland came in at No. 71 on the list. Midland came in right ahead of Park Ridge, IL and right behind Kaysville, UT.
Midland has a crime index of 68, which means that the city is safer than 68 percent of all U.S. cities.
Midland was the only city in Michigan to make the list.
