A northern Michigan man and his teenage daughter were killed when the vehicle they were in failed to stop at an intersection and was hit by a county snowplow.
The Traverse City Record-Eagle reports Monday that 52-year-old David Pipoly and 13-year-old Christa Pipoly died in the Sunday morning crash.
Another passenger in their vehicle and the driver of the Grand Traverse County Road Commission truck were taken to an area hospital for treatment.
The state police are investigating the crash that occurred southeast of Traverse City.
