A local man who was shot Tuesday afternoon has died.
The Flint Journal reports that police were called out around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday to a home on Race Street between Myrtle Street and Sonny Avenue in Flint.
Officers found a man, believed to be in his 90s, shot once in the torso area.
He was listed in critical condition, but has since passed away from his injuries.
His name has not been released at this time.
The man becomes the city's oldest homicide victim this year.
