Mid-Michigan's own golden girl will be on hand Thursday to help dedicate an outdoor playground.

Olympic gold medalist Claressa Shields will lead students in a warm-up exercise session after the ribbon cutting of Project Fitness.

It will be at the Academy of Flint off of Coldwater Rd. at 1:30 p.m.
