Cabela's Inc. is planning to open its second and third stores in Michigan over the next two months.
The Nebraska-based outdoor outfitter announced Monday it will open the doors to its new Grandville store on March 21.
The company also expects to open a 43,000-square-foot Cabela's Outpost in Saginaw on Feb. 14. Cabela's first Michigan location, in Dundee, opened in 2000.
The 88,000-square-foot Grandville store will be located on the east end of the Rivertown Mall retail corridor. Cabela's expects the store to employ approximately 200 full-time, part-time and seasonal employees.
Cabela's currently operates 40 retail stores in the U.S. and Canada and has plans to open more than a dozen more.
