A 30-year-old Buena Vista Township man is facing charges in connection with a drive-by shooting Wednesday.
He was charged with two counts of felony firearm violations, reckless discharge of a gun from a vehicle and a CCW violation.
Police accuse the man of shooting at two people in another car during a dispute. Both victims were treated for unspecified injuries at a local hospital, they are now released.
The shooting remains under investigation. Police said additional charges could be added as they learn more details.
