Flint Township Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident involving an SUV and a bicycle in Flint Township.
The crash occurred around 3:51 a.m. on Beecher Road, west of Linden Road.
The bicyclist, a 62-year-old Flint Township man, was fatally injured. Police identified him as Carl Richard Morgan. The driver of the
SUV, a 23-year-old Flint Township man, was not injured.
Authorities said alcohol does not appear to be a factor at this time. Police said the accident remains under investigation.
