Bay City manager will take on new role in Saginaw County
Bay City Manager Robert Belleman has a new job as the next Saginaw County Controller. Commissioners unanimously approved his contract during a recent meeting.
In his new role, Belleman would be responsible for overseeing county finances and supervising the budget. He will replace outgoing controller Marc McGill.
Belleman's last day as Bay City Manager is Feb. 3.
