Authorities say the body of a 24-year-old Pennsylvania woman who was visiting Michigan to care for her mother has been found under the deck of a home.
The Livingston County sheriff's department says the body of Kalin Rose Woods of Pittsburgh was found Thursday after the woman's mother reported not seeing her for a few days. WHMI-FM reports that her mother had been hospitalized in Ann Arbor.
The home where her body was found is in Iosco Township, about 70 miles south of Saginaw.
The Livingston County Daily Press & Argus of Howell reports the woman's body was found in an area that was difficult to see and reach.
The cause of death is under investigation.
