The America Red Cross is hoping to encourage people to donate blood during the holiday season.
The organization says that volunteers have to meet certain criteria to donate including an age restriction of at least 17 years of age.
There are also height and weight requirements and you must be in good health.
The American Red Cross must collect at least 700 units a day to keep up with patient need in hospitals.
There are two locations in which to donate Monday.
You can donate at Breckenridge High School at 700 Wright Avenue until 2:45 p.m.
First Church of God in Saint Louis at 520 Olive St. is also accepting donations from noon to 5:45 p.m.
